Meet Yvonne

Born and raised in London, England my family and I immigrated to American in 2001, I gained my Citizenship in 2013. In 2007 I entered the real estate arena although it was challenging time in the economy, I became a successful entrepreneur developing an expertise in the short sale market and certified distressed Property Expert, specializing in loan values where several of my listings exceeded multiple millions, driving my success during this down turn in the real estate market was my ability to make my clients feel comfortable knowing that I would keep them informed though the entire process via phone and email correspondence freeing up their time to purse their business ventures. I successfully brought to closure over 90% of my accounts through one-on-one detailed interaction.

These attentions to details along with effective communication skills are traits that I bring to each committee and organization of which I have served in the past and present. I am a current and active member of the CRA (Community Redevelopment Agency) Advisory Board of Boynton Beach which provides me with the current information and up to date knowledge of the community, recognizing the current economic drivers effecting real estate, commercial startups, and business longevity and community /decline status.

As a tenured property owner with multiple real estate holdings past and present I have had the opportunity to interact and serve on HOA Boards and committees: 2001-2002 board and finance committee, within one the Leading communities in Broward County with an access of 2900 homes a member of the violation committee, and for eleven years served on various interactive communities including landscaping, social, rules and regulations. 2018-2020 served as President of a Condo Assocation, the ability to have a good relationship with others, especially in a group Enviromint and easily identifies the common ground which enables groups to succeed. My knowledge expands to Broward and Palm Beach County. Each buyer and seller are treated the same, to my work ethics and dedication. You will havemy utmost attention.
